463 miles traveled in 8 hours
We were on the road most of the day but as you can see we did not drive for 12-13 hours because we were getting to tired to continue our trip at that pace. We wanted to rest a little more and we both needed to get some work done Ugh. We did stop in to see the Devils Tower National Monument which was about 30 miles north off the route but it was well worth the trip. If you remember this monument was in the movie "Close Encounter of 3rd Kind" and it is a little spooky. We did not stay long just drove around the park and took pictures because we were afraid the devil might get us. We did see some really cute little prairie dogs. Today was a lot easier day except that I stayed up really late working and trying to catch up on the blog. I will post pictures now and will chat some more tomorrow.
